First Manager Conversation Lab is a one-time $59 purchase that gives you access to the Conversation Lab, the Conversation Playbook, the templates and resources, and your saved practice sessions. It is not a subscription and there is nothing to cancel.
Access is for one person — you. It is provided by Parker Stallings.

This is a communication practice and manager-development product. It is not employment-law advice, legal advice, or HR compliance guidance, and it is not a substitute for an HR professional.
Nothing here tells you whether an action is lawful, whether someone can be dismissed, or what your employer's policy requires. For anything touching formal discipline, protected characteristics, grievances, accommodations or termination, involve your HR partner or a qualified adviser before you act.
The AI employee is a simulation. Its reactions are illustrative, not predictions of how any real person will respond. Decisions you take at work remain yours.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself and don't share your access. If you think someone else has got into your account, email us and we'll help you secure it.
Don't use the product to harass anyone, to build a case against a colleague, or in any way that breaks the law or your employer's policies.
Availability
We aim to keep the product available and working, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. The AI features depend on a third-party provider and can be briefly unavailable.
If the product is substantially unavailable for an extended period, email us and we'll make it right.
Changes
We may improve the product over time, including changing the prompts, the playbook content or the interface. If we ever have to remove something significant that you paid for, we'll tell you.
If we change these terms materially, the date at the top of this page changes. Continuing to use the product after that means you accept the revised terms.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid — $59. We are not liable for outcomes at your workplace arising from conversations you have, whether or not you practised them here.
These terms are governed by the law of Indiana, USA.
