What we store, who can see it, and how to have it deleted.

The thing that matters most

To practise a conversation you describe a real situation involving a real colleague. That text — what they did, what needs to change, how they usually react — is personal information about someone who is not you and who has not agreed to be here.

We've built the product to hold that carefully, and there are two things you should do on your side: use a first name or an initial rather than a full name, and don't enter anything you wouldn't be comfortable having written down.

What we store

Only what the product needs to work:

  • Your email address and, if you give one, your name.
  • A record that you purchased, including the Stripe identifiers for the payment. We never see or store your card details — those go directly to Stripe.
  • The situations you describe, the conversations you practise, and the scorecards produced from them.
  • Which playbook chapters you've marked complete.

Who can see it

You can. Your practice sessions are readable only by your own account — this is enforced at the database level, not just in the interface.

We can, in the sense that anyone running a service can access its database. We don't read practice sessions as a matter of course, and we won't use them to train models or share them with anyone.

The AI provider

The role-play and the scorecard are produced by a third-party AI model. When you practise, the situation you described and the conversation so far are sent to that provider so it can respond and evaluate.

This means the text you type — including whatever you wrote about your colleague — leaves our systems and is processed by that provider under their terms. It is not used to train their models under the API terms we operate on. This is the main reason to use a first name rather than a full one.

Processors we rely on

The product runs on a small number of third-party services:

  • Supabase — accounts and database.
  • Stripe — payment processing. Card details go to Stripe directly and never reach us.
  • Anthropic — the AI model behind the Conversation Lab.
  • Vercel — hosting.

Deleting your data

Email lpinsights0@gmail.com and we'll delete your account and everything attached to it — sessions, transcripts, scorecards — within 30 days. Deleting the account deletes the practice content with it.

Records we're required to keep for tax and accounting purposes, such as the fact and amount of a payment, are retained as long as the law requires.
