The short version
If First Manager Conversation Lab isn't useful to you, email lpinsights0@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund the full $59. You don't have to explain why.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within five to ten business days depending on your bank.
What happens to your access
When a refund is processed, access to the members area ends. Your saved practice sessions and scorecards are deleted along with it.
If you'd like a copy of anything you wrote before that happens, ask when you request the refund and we'll send it to you first.
After the refund window
Past 14 days we don't offer refunds as a matter of course, because this is a one-time purchase with no recurring charge to cancel. If something has gone genuinely wrong — you were charged twice, you can't get into your account, the product isn't working — email us anyway and we'll sort it out.
Chargebacks
If you don't recognise a charge, the descriptor on your statement will read FIRST MGR CONV LAB. Please email lpinsights0@gmail.com before disputing it with your bank — a refund is faster than a chargeback, and we'd rather just give you your money back.
